As an
IT Business Analyst III
with Frost, you will apply
a high level of technical application support experience to complex technology related activities. These task range in levels of considerable difficulty and importance.
You will work
under the direction of a Segment Manager or Project Manager, to assist in the definition, design, development, and deployment of related technology projects.
provide leadership, guidance, and training to multiple staff members.
What you'll do
:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and elicit requirements for projects and initiatives
Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Document business, function and non-functional to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and alignment on requirements and/or proposed solutions
Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to drive ongoing efficiencies
Act as the liaison between Line of Business partners and IT
Provide ongoing systems production support as needed
What you'll need:
5+ years related IT industry experience
E
xperience as a business analyst or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Experience working in project teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with Item Processing software
Technical Experience in the Financial Industry
Experience with coaching and less experienced business analysts
