- Preparing correspondence received about insurance products, claims, accounts, services, etc\.
- Distributing and collecting correspondence letters and emails and processing outgoing ones\.
- Working with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant information needed for correspondence\.
- This position may be required to back up and/or provide assistance to other positions as needed\.
