    Job Title: Bilingual Intake Specialist

    Description:

    The award-winning Wilhite-Rose-and-Roberts PC is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Bilingual Intake Specialist. This role involves making a positive first impression for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process, and supporting our legal team's review.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients by phone, text, and email during weekends and nights
    • Establish immediate rapport and assess potential cases, determining whether to move forward or close the inquiry
    • Promptly update case details in our systems to ensure accurate, timely record-keeping
    • Gather and review documents, photos, and other pertinent case information to support our legal team's review
    • Send and manage contingent fee agreements and client releases using our electronic platforms
    • Issue decline letters within one day for non-viable cases
    • Assist with data entry and other office tasks as needed

    Requirements:
    • Prior experience as an Intake Specialist or in a related role at a personal injury law firm
    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
    • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant software is a plus
    • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
