You don't need years of experience. We'll train you. What we do need is effort, attitude, and work ethic.
What You Get:
Full-time, year-round work
Starting pay at $16/hour, plus performance bonuses

The Work:
Work on a small crew (1–3 people) fixing real problems for real homeowners
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Install foundation repair systems the right way — no shortcuts
Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
Take pride in solid work that lasts
What We're Looking For:
Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
Comfortable with physical labor and crawl spaces
Willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town jobs
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
