- Administrative Support: Handle administrative requests and inquiries from Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Report Generation: Generate reports for managing KPIs and specific reports, including discrepancies within the department, to facilitate decision-making and improve efficiency
- Daily Management: Manage departmental daily reports, incoming emails, and respond in a timely manner to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Positive Representation: Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times, fostering a positive work environment
- Adaptability: Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
