    Job Overview:
    As a Tax Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tax services to our clients.

    You will work closely with our team of tax professionals to prepare and review tax returns, conduct tax research, and assist with tax planning and compliance.

    This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
    • Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify taxsaving opportunities
    • Assist with tax planning and provide recommendations to clients on tax strategies
    • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve any taxrelated issues
    • Stay uptodate on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax filings
    • Train and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
    • Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation
    • Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of client relationships

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
    • CPA certification or working towards certification preferred
    • Minimum of 35 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
    • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
    • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and research skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
