    Description

    Part-time Receptionist

    Are you looking for part-time work with an established, reputable firm? We have an exciting client looking to add an afternoon Receptionist to their team This role is responsible for acting as a fact of the organization and first point of contact for guests over the phone and in person.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage the phone system, including updating the directory and routing calls.
    • Greet & assist visitors
    • Open, sort and distribute the mail daily
    • Act as a liaison between all departments
    • Schedule conference calls and meetings when requested by staff
    • Maintain the tidiness of the conference room and kitchen
    • Additional administrative duties as requested

    Job Requirements:

    • 2 years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
    • Ability to work in office Monday - Friday from 12:30pm - 5:00pm

    Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; good written and verbal communication skills.

    Personality characteristics: Reliable, friendly, positive, flexible, courteous, patient, great phone voice
