Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Trevor Furbay Bespoke. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, sales, customer experience, overseeing customer service, communication, store management and retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and maintaining a high level of quality and service. By executing on strategic merchandising initiatives, this highly competent individual will set the standard of success within Trevor Furbay Bespoke.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets

• Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is required

• Ability to build long-term relationships, obtain referrals and turn clients into brand advocates

• Exemplary customer service skills with extraordinary follow-up and communication

• Strong leadership and organizational skills / attention to detail

• Business development skills / natural networking abilities

• Knowledge and expertise in retail loss prevention

• Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask effectively
