    Goal: Build the OTF brand locally and drive new traffic to our studios.

    Job Duties:
    • Regional Marketing/Advertising Coordination
      • Plan monthly marketing strategy that aligns with the OTF Corporate office.
      • Set studios up for success with guerrilla marketing strategies.
      • Small B2B guidance.
    • Community Liaison & Event Coordination
      • Plan for participation in local events and represent our studios at them.
      • Create partnerships with medium to large businesses.
      • Support studios in building community relations through supporting local schools and events.
    • Social Media & Management
      • Monthly studio calendar schedules for social media.
      • Advise studio social media reps and hold teams accountable
      • Yelp/Google/etc. management.
      • Direct representative to 3rd party agencies (Drive Social Media) and influencers
    • Ad Design
      • Responsible for creating professional flyers, posters, etc. to be used by studios.
    • Management
      • This role may potentially manage one additional person to assist in these tasks.
