    We are interviewing automotive Service Center General Managers to join our team. We are constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team and start a rewarding career in the automotive service industry. We are looking for General Managers in the Vail, Colorado area.

    As a Service Center General Manager you will :

    • Manage the hiring, training, employees on automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
    • Lead in delivering excellent customer service
    • Maintain store inventories
    • Achieve profit plans and financial performance of the service center
    • Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies
    • Responsible for inventory, labor management
    • Mentor, lead and train the team to optimize their development
    • Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers

    Background Requirements of our General Manager:

    • 3+ years of General Manager experience or Restaurant General Manager experience
    • Must be skilled in overall COG's control
    • Must understand how to lead a team in delivering excellent guest service
    • Pass a Background check/ drug test
