Job summary

The Conference Service Assistant will ensure that all meeting rooms and public conference areas are maintained to the highest level of professional appearance. The Conference Services Assistant will collaborate with the Catering Sales Manager and General Manager to ensure that all meeting requirements are met prior to the meeting start time.

Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring friendly, attentive, and service-focused interactions.
