    Job Description

    This opportunity is ideal for an experienced pharmacist seeking a per diem position in an outpatient hospital setting. The role focuses on managing low volume prescription verification and providing comprehensive patient counseling while handling typical outpatient pharmacy responsibilities. This position offers a straightforward schedule and the convenience of housing covered during the assignment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Verify low volume prescriptions accurately and efficiently
    • Counsel patients regarding their medications, usage, and health
    • Manage routine outpatient pharmacy duties ensuring patient safety and compliance

    Qualifications:

    • Active Iowa Pharmacist License required
    • Previous pharmacist experience in retail or outpatient settings preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care

    Location:

    • Clarion, Iowa

    Schedule:

    • February 9, 2026, to February 12, 2026
    • Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
