We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team of passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses & Registered Nurses invested in patient's care.

*Cases we have available:

• 3 m/o GB/Bipap (via vent) patient available Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-6p after 5/
• 6 y/o GB/Trach/HME/CPAP (at Night) patient available E/O Sat & Sun 7a-7p

*Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.
• Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.
• Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
• Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.
• Educate the family on medical care and training.

*Qualifications:

• Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.
• American Red Cross CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds
• The ability to work in a home environment.
• EMR charting (no paper notes)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem


Pay:
$ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
