Job summary

We are seeking to hire a full time Member Benefits Specialist with excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Education – High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience – 1-3 years related experience preferred; experience in a TPA environment preferred
  • Ability to read and understand various benefit forms, documentation, files and information in the department
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
