    Recruitment Relations Specialist

    You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to produce the following outcomes:

    • Successfully place 3 candidates per month after the first 90 days in open roles. (Handle full cycle recruitment, virtual screenings, client and candidate calls)
    • Successfully implement a hiring process blueprint for clients to use in 90 days based on relevant data
    • Master current systems in the first 90 days and make recommendations to director to increase openings to placement by 20% YoY
    • Be able to conduct 2 Discovery calls per day with a new potential clients and sell the different search options for inbound leads within 90 days
    • Be 100% dedicated to the Talent Traction Process and provide flexibility for our clients schedule by being committed and present

    You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things your first year:

    ● Source and recruit candidates

    ● Build relationships with both clients and candidates

    ● Interviews completed

    ● Candidates submitted

    ● Candidates who had a first time interview

    ● Jobs filled
