- Enter EAM Invoices- Review what is received into EAM, email if invoice needs received or any corrections then enter and file accordingly.
- Enter Invoices into LX (Raw Material) communicate with planning/purchasing about any issues.
- Enter Straight Pay Invoices-Scan/Send for approval.
- Obtain required approvals for invoices not on purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
- Research and resolve vendor inquires relating to invoice status and/or payments, review vendor statements to assure all accounts are in good standing.
- Monitor the Formica AP inbox for invoices which need printed and entered.
- Communicate with vendors answering phone calls relating to open invoices, payments made, following up with vendors after statement reviews.
- BIS Boxes- Pull invoices and file with cover sheets so they may be scanned into Digital storage.
- Follow up on stale checks if not processed contact vendor and investigate.
- Pull any AP invoice details as requested for project or research
- Assist in the documentation of all processes in AP
- Cross Train with other Accounts Payable Analyst to be able to provide backup assistance when needed
- Conduct the weekly check runs, review payment selections for accuracy and conduct spot audits to prevent erroneous payments (Print Manual checks via Value Pay).
- Cost Inputs into LX.
- Mailroom activities-Sort and meter outgoing as needed.
- Assist in responding to auditor requests.
- Create cover sheets and prepare to be scanned both journal entries & account reconciliations.
- Maintain current invoices in the file-go through regularly to ensure nothing has been missed when sending off to digital storage.

Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Business Analyst position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proven ability to analyze and review vendor statements. Extensive experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word), mostly use of excel to build and maintain reports and conduct analysis. Ability to work independently and problem solve. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
