Job Summary
This is a non-exempt position which requires semi-skilled manual work in the performance of light and heavy manual labor of more than average difficulty in the construction, landscaping, maintenance, and repair of properties and grounds for various municipal departments of the CityPerforms semi-skilled carpentry, masonry, painting, and asphalt tasks in performing general maintenance of municipal buildings equipment and property.
- Mixes concrete replaces repairs sidewalks throughout the city digs grades sets forms for concrete work tamps levels concrete.
- Installs new old road signs erects barricades breaks holes street surfaces performs miscellaneous pick-ups deliveries errands required.
