    This position offers a base salary PLUS an uncapped commission plan.

    Qualifications and Required Experience for a BCT Recruiter:

    • Must have a team mentality
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially in making connections and developing relationships
    • Strong motivation for personal success
    • Effective time management to achieve goals within tight deadlines
    • Resourcefulness that drives discovering qualified candidates
    • Collaborative attitude to involve others in decision-making
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Can adhere to established guidelines and procedures
    • Comfortable making cold calls
    • Not afraid to ask questions and willing to learn the ropes

    About the Recruiter Position:

    As a Recruiter, you will enjoy building your candidate pipeline while working with the Account Executive team to match your candidates to positions.

    Blue Chip Talent Recruiters guide candidates through the entire career advancement process. The goal is to enjoy the journey of helping your candidate obtaining a life-changing job.

    You will have latest technology such as the industrys best-rated CRM as well as tried-and-true tools to get your job done. You will work in a supportive environment with access to nearby peer coaches and a dedicated trainer.

    Day-to-Day Tasks:

    • Recruit/source candidates through Blue Chip Talents internal database as well as other resources; resume boards, referrals, networking, job fairs, etc.
    • Screen/qualify candidates with a range of skill sets for a variety of roles via phone and video conferences
    • Negotiate compensation packages with candidates; procure information required to consider candidates for positions and maintain confidentiality
    • Work with candidates to tailor resumes which best present their skills in comparison to the job description
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; brief and debrief candidates for client interviews
    • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, etc. team meetings
    • Other duties as assigned
