- We are seeking a Program Director to lead a team of professionals overseeing every phase of large-scale projects or programs.
- Your role will involve providing management and direction for an Engineering department or a major section within a discipline.
- Represent the company with clients and subcontractors during program execution.
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Business Development to secure additional work with clients.
- Oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance.
- Assign responsibilities and provide input for subordinate development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 20+ years of related work experience with managerial experience.
- Experience leading design teams on alternative delivery/design-build projects.
- Professional Engineer License required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
