Marketing Analyst

You will analyze our clients marketing campaign performance to extract, analyze, and report on findings that drive growth.
You will use data and reporting solutions, interpret findings, and formulate insights that inform campaign optimization and increase ROI

You will partner with key stakeholders in marketing to use these analytics and findings to implement in marketing strategies for testing and optimization.

You will use marketing funnel data to understand our consumer behavior and their interactions with our digital experiences (website, landing pages, partner sites etc.) to optimize for peak performance.

You will be a steward of the our clients customer profile. You will use data to understand the demographic and psychographic attributes of our core customer. You will develop and maintain customer insights and analysis and distribute to key business stakeholders in a regular cadence.
You will work cross-functionally to inform test and learn strategies and analyzing results as well as to leverage and organize various data sources with a focus on behavioral data sets
Develop data and reporting solutions, interpret findings, and formulate insights that inform campaign optimization and increase ROI

Develop and deliver reports that provide competitive insights and analysis of marketing channel strategies, market trends, and provide insights on emerging trends.

Minimum requirements
2+ years experience in marketing data/analytics roles in a B2C business
Knowledge and experience using SQL
Some experience with marketing campaign analytics systems, such as Google Analytics ,Amplitude Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager
Some experience with competitive intelligence tools like SEM Rush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends
Experience working with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI
Extremely proficient in presentation writing tools (e.g., Power Point, Slides)
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment
Intellectual curiosity with demonstrated ability to learn and master new subject areas quickly
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Entrepreneurial spirit, owner mindset, take initiative
