    ResponsibilitiesProvide dependable day-to-day customer service for clients by answering phones and greeting visitors.
    Provide support to the office staff by accomplishing the following tasks.
    Great entry-level opportunityResponsibilities:Cover the front desk during business hours except for breaks and/or when other coverage is in place.
    Display professionalism, excellence, and a sense of pride in all aspects of duties and responsibilities.
    Complete all tasks/assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
    Know, understand, implement, and support company policies and procedures.
    Maintain a team-oriented approach when dealing with all other company associates.
    Welcome all visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition.
    Handle customer complaints or concerns by contacting the management team and/or supervisor.
    Assist in vendor relationship management.
    Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high demanding position.
    Answering incoming calls in a prompt and timely manner and directing to the appropriate staff member and/or team lines.

    Sort all incoming invoicesManage all incoming and outgoing mailNotify appropriate staff when deliveries are receivedPrepare overnight packages to other offices when appropriate and scan information to other offices if needed immediatelyForward all terminated account correspondence to appropriate partiesSort, date stamp, open, and distribute all incoming mail.

    On a weekly basis, package and mail all Welcome Packages for corporate office accounts.
    Always maintain neatness in lobby and mailroom.
    Review the conference rooms calendar and notify by phone appropriate party when guests arrive.
    Other duties as assigned by the office manager.


    QualificationsQualifications:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent phone techniques and the ability to address large volume of incoming calls effectively and efficiently.
    Personable, well-groomed, and proper professional business attire.
    Display neatness and accuracy while maintaining efficient speed to accomplish tasks.
    Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and superior organization skills.
    Ability to always maintain a positive and professional attitude.
    Ability to type at least 45 wpm.
    Software knowledge for Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher. Software knowledge of accounting software, VMS.


    Pay and Benefits:
    $20.00to $23.00, depending on education and experience
