    As an Industrial Engineer Sr/ Operations Engineer Sr supporting the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Camden Operations site, you will join our Industrial Engineering team to support one of the vehicle, missile, or rocket programs.

    This role is responsible for critical data and analytics support, automation implementation, continuous improvement, and technological advancement across our site.


    Other responsibilities include:
    Capacity analysis for increasing rates
    Equipment justifications and project management
    Developing and implementing process improvements
    Use and practice of lean manufacturing tools
    Floor layout changes
    Maintaining performance management team metrics
    Identifying safety and ergonomic improvements

    Desired skills

    Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
    Simulation Modeling
    CAPEX Project Management
    Production Aerospace/Defense Experience a Plus
    SAP Experience
    Simulation Experience w/ Simio Software
    Tableau experience
    Earned Value Management
    Finance/Accounting
