Lead Supervisors will be tasked with training and certifying housekeepers on MasterCorps proprietary 7-Steps to Clean process.

    WHAT YOULL DOAs a Lead Supervisor, youll use the available training materials to assess, provide feedback and work with the housekeepers on productivity and cleanliness metrics.

    You will also lead the training, certification, and recertification process for all members of the housekeeping team.


    Qualifications:
    Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    Able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).


    Essential Functions:
    Train staff, both existing and new Associates, in MasterCorps 7-Steps to Clean process.
    Assess and provide feedback to housekeeping managers on timeliness, dependability, and quality of their teams.
    Coach housekeepers on productivity and cleanliness metrics.
    Certify and recertify housekeepers on 7-Steps to Clean process.
    Act as a subject matter expert for 7-Steps and New Hire On-boarding.
    Partner with Learning and Devlopment to ensure correct on-boarding of new hires.
    Provide updates to site leaders on the new hire status and report on ability to do job effectively.
    Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards.

    Motivate team and consistently set the example by maintaining a positive, friendly, helpful attitude with guests, customers, and other team members.
