    Finance Manager
    Hybrid - Orlando, FL

    ABOUT the company and the Finance Manager opportunity:

    Our client is a leader in their industry based in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Finance Manager to lead projects of reporting, operational forecasts, profitability models, revenue projects and ad hoc projects. This position will work cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting and Business leadership while managing requests from Financial Leadership.

    RESPONSIBILITIES of the Finance Manager:
    • The Finance Manager will manage consolidated operating model.
    • Prepare monthly operating reports - KPIs, budgets and forecast-to-actual analyses.
    • Collaborate with divisional leaders to develop operating plans to meet strategic goals.
    • Lead and mentor a team.
    • Recommended process improvements and controls.
    • Assist in review of CAPEX and project budgets.
    • Oversee the project profitability models.

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Finance Manager

    We are looking for someone who enjoys seeing the whole picture and working in a friendly team-oriented environment.

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytical field
    • 4+ years of financial modeling and cash-flow projections
    • Experience in profitability analysis, capital budgeting
    • Valuation models (+)
    • NetSuite experience (+)
