    • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
    • FOLLOW COMMUNICATION SCRIPTS FOR TOPICS
    • IDENTIFY CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS OR ALTERNATIVES AFTER RESEARCHING ISSUES
    • BUILD SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EXTRA MILE EFFORTS

    Required Skills/Abilities:
