    In collaboration and coordination with multi-disciplinary team members, the role will lead paid media campaigns and support organic channels across our client portfolio.

    This is a great opportunity to manage and build experience in an array of digital mediums supporting the written, visual, and spoken word for enterprise and mid-market manufacturers with amazing innovations.

    The ideal candidate can strategically produce and effectively optimize digital marketing campaigns engaging key audience segments.

    Role & ResponsibilitiesAuthor digital media strategy and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives including Paid Search, Display/Retargeting, and Paid Social channels in alignment with organic channels.

    Develop campaign and program briefs that achieve client objectives and align with strategy and quarterly planning.

    Lead and manage the development of short-form (action-oriented) digital content (paid media ads, emails, social media posts, landing pages, webinars) for demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.

    Manage CMS content to support digital campaigns and touchpoints.
    Manage implementation of lead nurture campaigns with marketing automation platforms.
    Collaborate on SEO content optimizations.
    Analyze client digital marketing performance and analytics for client reporting and key insights.
    Participate in client discovery meetings to support strategy and campaign execution.
    Manage the marketing calendar and strategically plan timelines.
    Measure, analyze, and optimize MROI across marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    Direct multi-disciplinary team members to achieve campaign goals.

    Your Required Education and Professional ExperienceA strategic thinker and excellent tactician who rolls up their sleeves to drive results5+ years of proven experience within an agency setting or in-house B2B brandA process and data-driven demand generation marketerA confident communicator who can engage and deliver in a myriad of settingsA subject matter expert in aspects of digital marketing campaign platformsExperience achieving measurable business objectivesDirect or indirect B2B manufacturing experienceBachelor's degree in related communications fieldExperience managing or directing digital marketing team members is a plusSuccess MeasurementsCampaign performance, client satisfaction, and quality of marketing initiatives (pre-defined metrics, vary by client)Effectiveness and presentation quality of marketing deliverables/assets (including outside partners)Contribution to agency revenue through on-time deliverables, on-budget tasks, and billingContinued learning and growth in practice areas and understanding client subject matterYour Personal Attributes & SkillsA passion and enthusiasm for creating compelling and engaging content about innovative products that impact our everyday lives.
