As an assistant to our Catering Director, here are the Key Results we are looking for:

1) Effectively Execute Every Catering Order with Excellence

2) Be an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction

1) Effectively Execute Every Catering Order with Excellence

Fulfill every catering order with the Chick-fil-A standard of operational excellence: taste, order accuracy, timeliness, attentive & courteous service. Responsibilities include:

•Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on fulfilment

•Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.

•Have the TMS bags ready for kitchen to load

•Deliver catering orders on time

•Complete all the set-up on site for the Guest

•Put all catering related items away upon return to the store

•Cash out the catering order upon delivery

•Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform our Inventory Manager of ordering needs

•Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service

•Make necessary decisions to honor our commitment to our Guests

Measureable or Identifiable Goals:

•Catering orders are delivered or ready on-time and accurately fulfilled

•Catering fulfilment is so organized that "very few balls are dropped"

Kitchen stays informed and involved in catering preparation and fulfillment

2) Be an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction

Whether interacting internally with CFA Team Members, or externally with our Guests, foster and protect our reputation for remarkable service.

•Practice the "Core 4" always

•Remain attentive and courteous with our Guests

•Look for opportunities to deliver 2nd Mile Service

•Resolve Guest concerns, complaints or issues promptly, competently and courteously

•Work with the kitchen team to positively resolve any operational issues

Measureable or Identifiable Goals:

Our catering guests become raving fans: bringing us repeat business and voluntarily giving us referrals

Requirements

Must be over 21 years of age
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have car insurance
Must have a responsible driving record
Must be able to lift over 40 lbs

Company Information
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
