    As a Marina Dock Hand, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience by prioritizing safety and providing positive interactions. Working under the guidance of the Marina Manager, you'll maintain cleanliness and safety standards for equipment and docking areas.     Responsibilities:
    • Perform regular cleaning and safety checks on all equipment to maintain optimal conditions
    • Manage and upkeep the EZ Dock System and Moorings to ensure safe and efficient docking
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Marina Building and State Park Facilities
    • Provide thorough training on the safe operation of equipment for both guests and employees
    • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and accountability
    • Assist guests with their boat docking and tie-up service needs
    • Follow established opening and closing procedures to maintain operational consistency
    • Assist guests with rental craft and provide instruction on operating rentals
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
    • Prior experience in boat operation is preferred
    • CPR and First Aid Certifications are advantageous
