- Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
- Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
- Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome
- Mental Health and Dementia certification or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience with memory care is strongly preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus

Cogir Senior Living is hiring caring, compassionate, and empathetic Caregivers to join the growing team of our premier retirement community Cogir of Northgate Memory Care.
Our Care Partners (Caregivers) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting. If you are kind and genuinely desire to make meaningful connections with our residents, a Cogir community may be the place for you.
Currently Hiring for: 1st shift (6a - 2p) and 2nd shift (2p - 10p) on Saturday and Sunday
