• Job Title: Associate Attorney

• Primary Role: Civil litigation defense attorney
• Key Responsibilities: Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre trial preparation, and client updates.

Prepare for and participate in trials. - Reporting Structure: Will report directly to a partner and may be the primary handling attorney on cases depending on legal experience

• Experience:

Licensed Nevada and California attorney, barred in Nevada and California is a plus. Civil litigation experience of 1 year is preferred. - Work Environment: Dynamic, team-oriented, supportive and enjoyable

• Training:

For newer attorneys, the company provides training and formal mentoring

• Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability

• Work Location:

Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV Commute/Relocation: Reliable commute to Las Vegas, NV 89101 or planning to relocate is required
