Job summary
We are seeking a Customer Collections Specialist to join our team at Nexamp. As a key member of our Customer Retention & Collections team, you will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding balances and working with them to remit payment while delivering an industry-leading customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Contacting customers – both residential and commercial – with outstanding balances.
- Working with customers to remit payment while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing multiple systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Nexamp Portal) to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
