    Job Summary

    Pivot Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Palmyra, VA. This position requires 6 months of experience and follows a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

    About the Role

    • Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages with health-related conditions to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility.
    • The Palmyra facility supports multiple skilled providers, allowing for treatment of diverse needs, including pre-op, post-op, sports, motor vehicle, and work comp-related cases.
    • Clinic Managers will balance managerial responsibilities with direct patient care.

    Requirements

    • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
    • Eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • A strong team player who can build relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
    • A minimum of 6 months of experience is required for the Clinic Manager role.
    • No experience is necessary for the Staff-Level PT position.
    • Full-time is required for the Clinic Manager role; candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
    • Full-time is preferred for the staff-level position; candidates with 20 hours of availability and the ability to work until 7 PM two evenings per week will also be considered.
