- Design, develop, and deploy Azure services and tools using infrastructure-as-code
- Manage and monitor cloud resources including virtual machines, storage, databases, networks, data backup, and virtual desktops
- Manage Azure Backup
- Manage Azure Virtual Desktop
- Manage Azure Identity and Access Management
- Develop and maintain Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure Automation scripts, and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) artifacts to automate the provisioning and management of Azure resources
- Implement best practices for resource utilization and cost management
- Migrate existing VMWare infrastructure to cloud-based solution
- Optimize performance and scalability
- Monitor, control costs
- Support day-to-day running of the infrastructure
- 10+ year's hands-on technical experience, including:
- 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, networking, and security
- Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other tools for cloud monitoring and logging
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Azure Command-Line Interface (CLI)
- Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience in implementing cloud security, such as encryption, authentication, authorization, firewall, etc.
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in overseeing infrastructure within a Managed Service Provider setting is a plus
