Leader position to manage all company construction projects including new Clubs, renovations and special projects, and companywide rollouts as assigned.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Manage, train and develop direct staff for Construction. In addition, position manages all vendors and suppliers associate with these departments
Budget and track all costs for projects and ongoing FM expenses
Review, create and manage all contracts, agreements and purchase orders to ensure compliance with budgets and company policies
Establish and implement Construction standards with measurable results.
Influence key stake holders and operational owners' throughput the business to drive results and improvements
Select and manage all A&E firms.
Establish and Manage the bid process for all aspects of Construction and FM
Communicate and coordinate all pertinent departments to keep projects and processes on budget and schedule
Work closely with Store Design and RE as projects develop on layout, budgeting and Value Engineering
Negotiate contracts, change orders and FM expenses to balance quality and costs
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while moving forward with all initiatives
Ability to resolve conflict with other stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications
BS or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10 years related experience
Experience in successfully leading and managing in an environment undergoing change and transformation
Measurable experience developing talent
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate up, down and across the organization
Proficient in Word, Excel and PP
Job Conditions
Travel 40-50%
