Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our brand new outpatient clinic in Berwyn.

We want physicians and clinical staff who are intrinsically motivated to provide this kind of excellent care to older adults.

Our physicians practice with a full team behind them; each care team is made up of:

Physician
Registered Nurse
Medical Assistant
Clinical Informatics Specialist (i.e., a scribe)
Care Manager
Nurse Practitioner We have a fast growing patient community, and its time to add to our team.
