    About the team and the role:

    This Senior Program Manager role will be responsible for end-to-end project and program management for the People Team organization. They will lead the intake and backlog process for driving collaborative, timely, on-schedule results, effectively driving change management for all projects implemented

    What you will accomplish:

    • Lead and collaborate on global, cross-functional strategic projects and programs
    • Work closely with People Business Partners to lead impactful projects from intake to adoption as well as operational support.
    • Collaborate with other PMO, Operations, and People team members in applying and refining our project management infrastructure, processes, tools and techniques.
    • Work with key partners to identify, support, and implement process improvement initiatives to enable strategic objectives.
    • Influence and inspire change to ensure efficient implementation, proactive partner management, teamwork, budget sensitivity and delivery timelines.
    • Define, Identify, supervise and manage achievements and metrics for portfolio of programs.
    • Identify and capitalize upon cross-project and cross-program alignments.
    • Prepare regular updates to ensure insights are shared and establish operational mechanisms to review progress of programs.
    • Serve as the central point of contact for team members for program details and status.
    What you will bring:
    • Work experience in human resources, employee experience and/or proven people management or leadership experience is preferred.
    • Experience with or strong understanding of the HR business partner role, Human Capital Plans and workforce planning.
    • Excellent priority setting, planning, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Proven technical project/program management skills, including project definition, identifying required resources, monitoring results, partner management, progress reporting and tracking
    • Ability to balance multiple, complex projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment delivery high levels of performance and service excellence
    • Strong expertise with Smartsheets (building roll ups and widgets).
    • Strong leadership skills and experience with a proven track record of adoption.
    • Agile and Waterfall project management experience (and how to blend the two)
    • Ability to thrive in an environment that at times may have ambiguity and constant change
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve vital individuals at the appropriate time
    • 6+ years of professional experience in a fast fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • PMP / Change Management certification preferred
