Job summary

Serve as knowledge management and continuous improvement champion for relevant processes procedures systems SaveNet sites and tools Stay up to date on new and useful tools Train other staff as needed Responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the Talent Acquisition job description and template library including collecting formatting and publishing all SCUS policies in a centralized online location working closely with departments across the organization to ensure that policies are current clear and effectively communicated Ensure completion accuracy of information compliance with internal procedures real-time accurate thorough documentation of recruitment efforts interview notes pre-hire processes completion of all necessary steps to report on close out recruitment files Enter update all requisitions accompanying applicant files via our Applicant Tracking System ATS Set up distribute track candidate prescreening questions responses through our online portal Coordinate Help Desk requests by submitting tracking responding ticket requests related candidates new hires recruitment processes As needed organize hiring managers support scheduling screening panel interviews Support temporary direct hire process by working maintaining relations contracted staffing agency vendors Other duties projects assigned Champion Save the Children Intern Fellow program executing proactive recruitment advertising build interest programs students screening applicants presenting slates candidates intern fellowship hiring managers Design facilitate onboarding engagement activities intern fellow volunteer participants Serve point contact auxiliary staffing requests processing background checks volunteers interns fellows addressing service concerns Ensure open vacancies advertised appropriate website partners Engage promote positions educational institutions professional groups resources Manage onboarding system tasks tracking successful work authorization verifications reverifications communication new hires key stakeholders prior start dates Administrative support facilitation New Hire Orientations collaboration TAA team Identify opportunities strengthen existing programs partner business leaders incorporate improvements both agency-wide division-specific onboardinig programs Manage Talent Acquisition job description template library collecting formatting publishing SCUS policies centralized online location collaborating departments organization ensuring current policy effective communciation.
