- Assist in completing all necessary medical documentation, developing residential policies and procedures, trainings for program staff, and hospital discharges
- Support residential managers with clinical questions both in person and via the phone
- The LPN would work 3 days a week in the day program and would focus on the care of participants who are also in our residential program. These 3 days the hours would be 8:30 - 3:30. The other 2 days would be from 9:30-5:30 with the expectation being that they would be at the residences from 3-5:30pm on those days. There is some flexibility on the two late days, but not a Monday or a Friday. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current Massachusetts license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with assistance of another employee
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Possession of a valid Driver's license, a clean driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment
- Preference: Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Training/proficiency in MAP and Universal Precautions
