    Job Description

    Lead Cabinet and Casework Installer (Nashville)

    We are looking for a skilled Lead Cabinet Installer to join our team in Nashville. As a full-time role, you will be in charge of supervising the installation of custom cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork.

    Job Duties:

    • Oversee on-site operations reporting to the Project Manager
    • Attend client meetings held on site
    • Manage schedules effectively
    • Ensure high quality of products and installations
    • Interpret blueprints for cabinetry specifications
    • Prepare job sites and protect structures
    • Install cabinets and vanities with precision
    • Adjust cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware
    • Install countertops and architectural millwork

    Electronic equipment will be provided for communication and access to site information and drawings.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of leading experience installing commercial casework
    • Familiarity with standard cabinet sizes and installation methods
    • Proficiency in using tape measures, levels, and squares
    • Own necessary installation tools
    • Valid driver's license
    • Physical ability to handle up to 30 lbs

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Hourly pay ranging from $28 to $32 based on experience

    Full-time position
