Description
Community hospital in need of a strong Director to oversee surgical services. 10 OR's with 2 ENDO rooms and a team of 70 FTE's.
Licensed RN, with BSN required.
2+ years clinical experience in Surgical Services leadership.
Effective communication, customer service, project planning, performance improvement, staff development and financial management skills.
AHA BLS required
ACLS, PALS certifications a plus.
