HR TECHNICIAN
Human Resources/HRIS. Primarily responsible for maintaining employee benefits and retirement records in SAP.
Works closely with the benefits & wellness office on health insurance, life insurance & disability, FSA & HSA plans and retirement plans.
Researches, analyzes and resolves program and data issues. Participates in system testing of rates & benefits changes. Responsible for vendor interface files and report generation. Makes recommendations for process improvements, as necessary.Required:
Associate's degree or combination of education & experience that equates to 2 years; 2 years of qualifying experience in benefits, payroll or human resources.
