    • Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
    • Current national certification and DEA are required.
    • Current CA state license is required.
    • New Grads are welcome to apply.

    Golden Valley Health Center – Merced – Sandpiper

    Golden Valley Health Center – Merced – West Childs

    Golden Valley Health Center – Modesto – Florida

    Golden Valley Health Center – Modesto – West - 6th

    Golden Valley Health Center – Modesto – Tenaya

    Golden Valley Health Center – Turlock – Monte Vista

    • 5-room Urgent Care facility.
    • Facility hours are 8am-5pm.
    • Epic EMR.
    • On-site testing includes rapid strep, rapid covid, POC UA, POC pregnancy, POC glucose, POC Hgb, and EKG.
    • Gold ACE status from the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) which supports and recognizes health centers that achieve specific measures of advocacy success and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to advocacy by making it an organizational priority.
