Job summary
The Training & Development Specialist implements training programs that meet regulatory requirements & business needs including works with Manager to create training plan to address production demands that new hires become proficient operators in timely fashion conducts ILT/OJT sessions ensures cleanroom operators are proficient provides feedback to trainees for continuous improvement opportunities collaborates with Manager ensures training is compliant effective maintains accurate training documentation employee record keeping seeks feedback from Department Management assesses training needs identifies areas for continuous improvement develops course content procedures including new SOPs TRNs manufacturing training programs as necessary.- Implements local Manufacturing Operations new hire Training Program promotes exhibits core Client values during onboarding/training activities.
- Maintains the Training Laboratory equipment cleanliness compliance.
