    Civil Cyber Engineer, Senior Vice President

    Key Role:

    Serve as a senior technical cybersecurity leader for the Civil business group focused on architecture and design efforts of innovative cybersecurity solutions and service offerings to protect federal networks and modernize .gov platforms.

    Build relationships with market clients, leadership and key executives.

    Focus on the near-term growth strategy for new task orders for security engineering, network operations, Zero Trust architecture and post quantum encryption services.

    Partner with firm-wide Cyber team across engineering and cyber solutioning efforts. Oversee the technical delivery of complex integration efforts, manage deliverables, and manage program financials, schedules and risk items. Interface with clients and staff and lead large, diverse teams of technical staff.

    Maintain relationships and understanding of key cybersecurity technology software vendors and service providers in support of developing best-in-class solutions for clients.

    Develop whitepapers and proposals and other client-ready materials to market innovative solutions and contribute subject matter expertise in developing multi-year planning efforts.


    Basic Qualifications:
    15+ years of experience with leading the development of cybersecurity solutions for federal government clients10+ years of experience in leading large federal cybersecurity technology programs with large teams of >50 FTEAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor's degree or 15+ years of experience with leading cybersecurity delivery programs for government clients in lieu of a degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    Experience with security engineering and network designExperience with implementing enterprise Zero Trust architecturesExperience with Security Operations Centers and Network Operations CentersExperience with federal software ATO processesExperience as a senior government executive leading large cybersecurity programs or as a contract program manager for major federal cybersecurity programsKnowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity FrameworkPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsMaster's degreeCISSP or other cybersecurity certificationsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $225,000 – $370,000 (annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
