    With direction from the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator - Tradeshows is responsible for planning and coordinating detailed logistics and complex deliverables/timelines of industry tradeshows and events.

    ESSENTIAL MARKETING DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
    • Steward our mission (to enrich lives by providing differentiated packaging automation and services) and values (unwavering integrity, servant's heart, ownership spirit and continuous innovation and improvement).
    • Plan, coordinate and execute our company's participation in tradeshows and events within budget by working closely with vendors and Marketing Management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop objectives and key messages to effectively represent our company and offerings.
    • Coordinate logistics for each event, including booking and registration of attendees and guests and arranging travel and accommodations.
    • Pack and coordinate shipping of tradeshow supplies/materials.
    • Assist with managing onsite execution and wrap-up for events.
    • Support the development of pre-show, during show and post-show marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of upcoming tradeshows and events, ensuring timely registration and submission of required materials.
    • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the event marketing landscape.
    • Nurture, protect and enhance Douglas' corporate image and brand
    • Respond with flexibility to the needs of the business - both internally and externally - by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.
    • Support other marketing, product management or product development initiatives as needed; this support may directly or indirectly benefit Product Management, R&D, or INSITE business functions.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
    • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or industry applicable field, or equivalent experience
    • Experience with corporate event planning and project management
