    About the Role

    • Oversee the flow of service and direct team members on a shift to ensure high levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
    • BUILD and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
    • Assist with operational support functions, such as Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.
    • Participate in applicant interviews and contribute to employee relations.

    What You'll Need

    • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
    • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
