We are seeking an experienced <\/span>Senior Hardware Technician<\/b> <\/span>with a strong hands -on background in <\/span>rack stacking, hardware troubleshooting, and data center equipment setup<\/b>. This role is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing <\/span>high -performance computing (HPC)<\/b> <\/span>infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage systems.
<\/span><\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>
Perform <\/span>rack stack installation<\/b> <\/span>— mount servers, storage, and networking gear; manage cabling, labeling, and power distribution.
<\/p><\/li>Diagnose and resolve hardware issues<\/b> <\/span>across compute (CPU/GPU), networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand), and storage systems (RAID, SSD, and parallel file systems).
<\/p><\/li>Replace and configure failed components such as drives, switches, or processors.
<\/p><\/li>Conduct performance testing and ensure optimal data center operations.
<\/p><\/li>Maintain accurate documentation of system setups, hardware changes, and troubleshooting steps.
<\/p><\/li>Collaborate with engineers to support new deployments and system upgrades.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>5+ years<\/b> <\/span>of hands -on experience in data center hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
<\/p><\/li>Strong knowledge of <\/span>server architecture, networking protocols, and storage systems<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Familiarity with <\/span>Linux OS and basic command -line operations<\/b>.
