- Conducting ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid special education teaching license or certification in the state of New Hampshire
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
