**Description**
**Responsibilities**
Maintain the Service Department parking area to allow customers easy access to the Service area.
Park customer vehicles dropped off for repairs or estimates.
Complete a check-in report for each vehicle dropped off for repairs.
Document any old/unrelated damage on the vehicle. Document mileage and place a mirror tag and floor mat in each vehicle.
Assist technicians in moving vehicles in and out of the shop area.
Ensure all vehicles are secure and locked each night.
Complete final checklist report on completed vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.
Make management aware of any problems that arise on final inspection to ensure any problems are corrected prior to delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
Assist with pick-up and delivery of vehicles when needed.
**Requirements**
Must have excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing as well as strong interpersonal and customer services skills
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information appropriately in a fast-paced environment required.
Must be detail oriented and well organized
Ability to work with all levels of staff though-out the organization required.
Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record
