About Our Team:
The Americas Mobility Team - AMT is focused on providing a best-in-class candidate/employee experience for transferees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex mobility projects on a global scale, working collaboratively with team members and crossfunctional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plans, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations;
• Design and implement key mobility operation SOPs working with global stakeholders including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement, and rules for teams to follow, ensuring projects' efficiency and compliance;
• Identify potential problems using data and seek solutions, ensure businesses run smoothly and meet expectations;
• Serve as the process owner managing all mobility vendors, including immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services to ensure processes are optimized and standards are adhered to; review processes, identify and investigate process gaps, and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years' working experience in leading tech or international companies; working experience in project management or overseas experience is a plus;
• An excellent communicator and a team player, strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work crossfunctionally;
• Selfmotivated and highly skilled at guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders towards an outcome, strong organizational skills and ability to improve team work efficiency;
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multitasks efficiently.

Job Information:
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $228000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
